Mike always has and always will represent the citizens of Rockwall. No one works harder to understand the issues and always makes the decision he knows is in the best interest of the citizens and the county of Rockwall. After serving together for 5 years in city council with him, I know him to be a thoughtful, informed and tenacious representative.
